Marine Infantry Gear – Iraq War (2004) 1st Bn, 4th Marines
In this video we will look at the uniforms, gear, weapons and equipment used by Infantry Marines of 1st Battalion, 4th Marines, while conducting combat operations in Iraq, in the year 2004.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Marines and Sailors of 1/4 and the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) taking the fight to the enemy in a 1000+ year old cemetery in Najaf, Iraq. In this video I will show you what we carried during that battle and for the rest of the deployment.
