WWSD: Pencil barrel – Heat Test
WWSD uses a pencil barrel – these are very thin rifle barrels that are historically know to cause a shift of point of impact and degrading accuracy once they heat up. The issue is that since these barrels are so thin, they can heat up fast and cause problems.
WWSD uses Faxon pencil barrels that undergo a special treatment and normalizing the internal stresses which should result in a much stable barrel that wont be affected by heat as much.
In this video we decide to test this claim and see how the Faxon pencil barrel performs under intense heat.
