5 Items Every Prepper Should Hoard | ON3 Jason Salyer

Jason goes over his top 10 things that all preppers should have on hand – and maybe even hoard. To me hoarding implies selfishness. As a prepper, you should take care of your loved ones. Not just yourself. I think You should stockpile these items to prepare for your family, friends and to barter with.

1. Renewable food source
2. Fuel which includes propane, gas, or whatever fuel source that you use. That includes candles. We use beeswax candles because they burn cleaner and longer. Lantern, lamp wicks, and lamp oil, flashlights and batteries
3. Nuts, bolts, screws, adhesions
4. Power sources/alternative power sources such as a solar generator
5. Land. They’re not making any more of it.
6. Long-term food sources such as beans, rice, salt, and sugar. Heirloom organic seeds are very important to stockpile!
7. Toiletries. Remember Reusable feminine products
8. and water filters
9. Tools and accessories
10. Alcohol. It’s great for tinctures. This is a good bartering item

There’s more that you should be stockpiling but these are my recommended top ten items to stockpile now!
