Terävä Skrama 200 Chef’s Knife

Believe it or not but the stainless steel Chef’s Skrama is finally here! This is the that destroyed the machinery and drove some folks to expand their craft beer hobby into a bulk vodka hobby. This knife was supposed to hit the shelves already in 2021 but the toughness of the steel and the size of the knife was such a mighty combination that it caused our universe to implode. So it was delayed. And delayed. But it was worth the wait since the result is this lightweight, nicely balanced, and extremely durable kitchen knife.

Size- and design-wise this is very similar to its predecessor except that it has a thinner and thus lighter blade made from N690 stainless steel that many consider to be the best conventional stainless steel.

This is not one of those Japanese works of art that is shown to friends once a year and then hidden in the box to wait for the next year. This is a proper good kitchen tool made for tough everyday use, which will serve you a long time. A limited batch. Half now, half in the fall.
