If you use a poncho near a fire, you’ll eventually have small holes burned into it. In this video, Jason Salyer and Alan Kay perform poncho maintenance and repairs. In addition to a simple peel and stick quick fix, you could also make your own patches and use shoe glue as an adhesive. Jason also provides some tips if you plan on using your poncho as a shelter.
