Multinational Soldiers train in harsh weather conditions as part of the International Special Center Advanced First Responder Course, conducted by the ISTC Medical Branch, Feb. 17-19, 2015, in Pfullendorf, Germany. 

The students from the United States and European allies received the to enhance their skills to support NATO Soldiers, Sailors, and Airmen and treat combat trauma casualties using special forces-oriented medical procedures and skills. The ISTC provides centralized for NATO Special Forces and similar units in Europe. The center is run by a cadre of instructors from nine member nations-Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Turkey and the United States.
