Has my AR developed bolt problems?
I love my Schmeisser AR and i have had zero problems with it. At the moment it’s shot over 9000 rounds and still working fine. But after posting one of our latest videos – a review of the Schmeisser S4f there were some comments criticizing the brand. Some were probably just haters but there were also some legitimate concerns. One of these was about the markings or "damage" visible on the bolt from normally using the rifle
After an online discussion i decided to make a deep dive into AR bolts to see what’s what and try to get to the bottom of this. It seems that markings on the bolt lugs are completely normal and common especially at higher round count.
But what do you guys think about this?
