We thought this Chinese Helmet was Junk
After the disastrous results from our first test of HDPE Chinese ballistic helmet a couple of viewers suggested it might be faulty material or improper manufacturing methods. So we found another random chinese company that makes their ballistic helmets from aramid fibers (similar to Kevlar).
The helmet was suspiciously light and thin so we assumed it was total junk.
We didn’t expect anything but this helmet blew us away!
The performance was on par with some much much more expensive high end helmets.
In fact, Žiga was so impressed that we have decided to buy a batch of these helmets to offer them as a budget alternative alongside high end PGD line of professional helmets.
Yes, the straps suck but those can be easily replaced, but the helmet is solid.
