ACCURACY – GBL – TECHNIQUE

Two very important concepts that are regularly distorted and misinterpreted in this industry.

💥The first is related to the didactic field and teaching techniques. Many of you will think that this type of video and action is a kind of Trick Shot, but this is not the case at all. For many years in our system we have been applying techniques and principles of GBL Game Based Learning, that is, we use "light" schemes based on gamification to teach complex concepts that would otherwise be boring and difficult for students. The results are incredible. If you are interested, we will delve deeper into the topic in future articles.

💥The second concept, however, concerns the myth of "the more I shoot, the more I learn".
Repetitions and mechanical volume are absolutely essential, BUT the main work must be done at the level of structuring and perfecting the technique.
The mechanics must be built on correct, clean and effective movements and gestures and must be built in the total absence of speed. If you start from an incorrect technique that gives rise to a rough shooting mechanics full of errors, the volume of repetitions will crystallize those errors, which will then be very difficult to remove. Not only that, it will create scars and functional gaps and the higher the volume of repetitions the greater the damage. Most people in this industry believe that it is enough to shoot a lot to achieve any technical goal. But that’s not the case at all, otherwise training every day would be enough to get to play in the NFL.

🔥Accuracy is the result of the combination of mechanics, biomechanics and tecnique.
