Giacomo Bolzoni is performing with the BAR-14 one of our neurocognitive barricades in a neuro-auditory drill with the addition of 5kg mobile cable ballast.

💥Drill technical structure :

✅ Block duration: 1 minute
✅ Neurocognitive and neuromotor reactivity to auditory stimuli
✅ Biomechanical implementation of the three work levels: High – Medium – Low
✅Work and strengthening of all the macro and micro muscle groups of the lower
✅Neuromotor compensation of the dynamic ballast inertia
✅breathing control, through the application of nasal breathing.
