British 70s/80s Era DPM Camouflage Effectiveness By Brent0331
In this video we test the effectiveness of the older 1980s style British Disruptive Pattern Material (DPM) in a heavily vegetated woodland environment (North Texas woods). DPM had a very long service life with the British military, and was used for decades until finally replaced by the Multi-Terrain Pattern that is similar to MultiCam. Like American woodland, copies of the pattern were adopted by militaries all over the world and has truly set a standard for camouflage. This video includes scenes that show the patterns use when both concealed with and without the use of vegetation in the environment, as well as what the pattern looks like moving and stationary.
