Stage 7 of Finnish Brutality 2021: Kasarda Extreme

A plain and simple Kasarda drill – everyone’s favorite stage! The shooter starts by going prone and hitting both targets once. Leaving the rifle on safe on the ground, the shooter throws the kettlebell, grabs their rifle, and goes prone next to where the kettlebell landed. Then it’s two hits, get up, throw kettlebell, go prone, two hits… You get where we’re going with this, right?
The shooter continues doing this, going back and forth between the two areas, until 180 seconds have passed.
