Solo Overnight at Remote Location – Russian Canvas Poncho Shelter – Hike in the Northern Wilderness
Took a drive north to find a very desolate area to camp and hike. Hiked west and reached a small creek and followed it south and made my way back east in a circle. Got myself into some really horrible terrain off the beaten path the first day and had to struggle. Lost all interest in shooting and packed the camera so I could move easier. Other than that nice weather and not much mosquitoes. Trees turned yellow up there already so was a nice autumn feeling and nice brisk air to breath. So lucky to find a vintage Russian Plash-palatka in perfect condition finally! And also got an LK35 pack, later cordura version that is practically waterproof, also as new. Love it. I will install a waist belt on it for hiking longer distances later. Thanks for watching and read the updated channel description if you have any questions, if not answered there I’m happy to help. Ingredients for cooking in the credits.
